Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Piest Systems (OPC) Pvt. Ltd., we strive to deliver exceptional quality in our training programs and professional software services. We understand that there may be instances where clients or participants need to cancel or request a refund. Please review our policy carefully to ensure a clear understanding of our terms.

1. Payment Policy

  • The registration fee for any course is ₹5,000.
  • Students can make payments through the following methods:
    • Razorpay
    • PayPal
    • UPI
    • Bank Transfer
    • Cash
  • All payments made via online gateways will incur a 2% payment gateway fee, which is non-refundable.
  • Course enrollment is confirmed only after the full payment is successfully received.

2. Refund Policy

We follow a strict refund policy. Please read the terms carefully before making a payment.

✅ Refund Eligibility

A full refund will be provided only if:

  • The refund request is submitted within 72 hours of the payment/registration,
    AND
  • The student has not attended the first class (whether online or offline).

Both conditions must be satisfied for a refund to be approved.

❌ Non-Eligibility

You are not eligible for a refund if:

  • You have attended the first class, even if the refund request is within 72 hours of registration,
    OR
  • Your refund request is submitted after 72 hours of payment, even if no class has been attended.

No refunds will be entertained under any other circumstances, and this policy applies to all students without exception.

3. How to Request a Refund

If you meet the refund eligibility criteria, please:

  • Email us at support@piestsystems.com with the subject line: Refund Request – [Your Full Name].
  • Include:
    • Your full name
    • Registered email address
    • Course name
    • Payment reference/transaction ID
  • All requests must be submitted in writing and acknowledged by our team to be considered valid.

4. Refund Processing

  • Eligible refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only.
  • Any non-refundable fees (e.g., payment gateway charges) will be deducted from the refund amount.

5. Cancellation Policy

  • Course discontinuation after start
  • Students may cancel their enrollment at any time.

However, cancellations do not qualify for refunds unless the refund criteria above are met.

  • No credits or partial refunds will be provided for:
  • Missed classes
  • Voluntary dropout

6. Non-Refundable Charges

  • Registration fees (5K)
  • GST Charges (18% of total Amount)
  • Payment gateway charges (2%)
  • Administrative fees (if applicable)

These charges are non-refundable under any circumstances.

7. Policy Enforcement

All decisions regarding refunds and cancellations are at the sole discretion of Piest Systems. Once a decision is made, it is final and binding. This policy is publicly accessible and acknowledged at the time of registration.
