- All of our training programs and software services are primarily delivered digitally. Upon successful payment, participants or clients will receive an email containing access to course materials, software deliverables, or instructions for accessing online services.
- Delivery Time: Digital products are generally delivered instantly via email or through our Learning Management System (LMS) upon confirmation of payment. In rare cases, there may be delays of up to 24 hours.
- In case of any technical issues preventing access to digital products, please contact support@piestsystems.com, and our team will assist in resolving the issue promptly.
1.2 Physical Products (If Applicable):
- If your course or service includes any physical materials (books, training kits, or hardware), these will be shipped to the address provided at the time of enrollment.
- Shipping Costs: For physical products, shipping charges may be applied depending on the destination and the weight of the materials. These charges will be clearly mentioned at checkout.
- Delivery Time: Physical products are typically shipped within 5-7 business days of order confirmation. Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping destination.
- International Shipping: We ship internationally, and delivery times and costs will vary based on the destination country.
2. Exchange Policy
2.1 Digital Products (Courses, Software, and Resources):
- Digital products such as online courses, software deliverables, or resources cannot be exchanged once they have been delivered or accessed.
- In the event of a technical issue or incorrect product delivery (such as wrong course access), please reach out to support@piestsystems.com within 3 days of receiving the product. We will work to resolve the issue by providing the correct access.
2.2 Physical Products:
- If any physical products are damaged upon arrival or incorrect items are delivered, clients must notify us at support@piestsystems.com within 7 days of receiving the item to request an exchange.
- Conditions for Exchange: The product must be returned in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging. Any damage caused after receipt will disqualify the product from being exchanged.
- Exchange Process: Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will send out the replacement product within 5 business days.
- Shipping Costs for Exchanges: Any shipping costs incurred during the exchange process will be borne by the client, unless the exchange is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or damaged item sent).
